Workforce Development Through Customized Learning Pipelines
Michigan Youth STEM, Tech & Aeronautics (Michigan Youth STA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit delivering customized workforce development curriculum that connects education to employment, from K–12 through adult learners. We partner with nonprofits, school districts, government agencies, municipalities, and corporations to design training programs aligned to on-the-job skill requirements, new technology adoption, and direct-to-hire pathways.
Our programs span STEM, technology, advanced manufacturing, engineering, environmental science, aeronautics, and emerging technologies, and are delivered through instructor-led, hybrid, and virtual models. Curriculum is tailored to meet employer needs, whether retraining an existing workforce, preparing participants for new product rollouts, or developing entry-level talent ready to step into defined roles upon completion.
Michigan Youth STA focuses on practical skill development, career readiness, and measurable outcomes, ensuring participants gain the technical knowledge, confidence, and applied experience required in today’s workforce. Our work supports communities and employers by closing skills gaps, strengthening talent pipelines, and accelerating access to opportunity.
