Before replacing people or scaling AI tools, organizations need clarity.
That’s where I come in, (1) Corporate AI & IT Consulting, (2) Education Systems & Technology Strategy and (3) Training, Integration & Readiness Assessments
AI Is Being Used to Replace People, Not Fix Systems
Across corporate environments, AI decisions are increasingly driven by HR reports, dashboards, and executive summaries, not by a deep understanding of how technology is actually used day to day.
Organizations are:
The result? Operational gaps, broken workflows, poor data integrity, and underperforming AI investments, despite strong ROI projections on paper.
What I Solve as an AI & IT Consultant
I assess how technology is actually functioning inside an organization before AI is introduced or expanded.
That includes:
AI should close gaps, not expose them.
In education, the challenge is compounded.
States are now managing:
Yet schools are still evaluated using rubrics and testing models that haven’t caught up to reality.
Technology is present, but not aligned to:
I bring nearly 20 years of IT leadership experience combined with a Master’s-level background in curriculum and instruction. That means I don’t just ask: “What systems do you have?”
I ask:
This perspective allows me to design solutions that work technically, operationally, and humanly, in both corporate and educational environments.

Christine Burkette, B.S., M.S., M.Ed.
AI & IT Consultant | Systems Integration & Workforce Readiness
AI doesn’t fail organizations.
Poor system alignment and training do.
I help corporations and school districts bridge the gaps between legacy systems, current platforms, and AI adoption, without losing institutional knowledge, performance, or people who actually understand how systems work.
